PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Water softeners are used to reduce the concentration of calcium, magnesium and certain metal cations in hard water.
Removing these ions will reduce the build-up of limescale, reduce galvanic corrosion and improve the heat transfer efficiency.
Huge financial losses to industries are a result of breakdowns, unplanned shutdowns and expensive parts replacements due to scale build-up in heat transfer equipment!
HOUSEHOLD
For household applications this increases the life of geysers and kettles, reduces scale in toilets and showers, as well as spotting on dishes.
INDUSTRIAL
For industrial applications this increases the heat transfer efficiency of hot water boilers, heat exchangers, industrial water chillers and water cooling towers etc.
COMMERCIAL
For hotels, restaurants, game reserves and lodges water softeners are used to reduce scale in toilets and showers, spotting on dishes and also reduces the amount of detergents consumed in the laundry.

WC 1054 - 10x54 vessel, 42 litres resin, riser and strainers, digital valve, 100 litre brine tank with grid & brine valve.
2500 litre/hour Ion-Exchange Unit
WC 1354 - 13x54 vessel, 70 litres resin, riser and strainers, digital valve, 100 litre brine tank with grid & brine valve.
3000 litre/hour Ion-Exchange Unit
WC 1465 - 14x65 vessel, 100 litres resin, riser and strainers, digital valve, 100 litre brine tank with grid & brine valve.
