A900 - Antiscalant for Industrial Closed Loop Cooling Systems
A900 concentrate is a nitrite/polymer/surfactant/biocide blend designed to reduce corrosion, scale formation
and fouling in closed loop cooling water systems.
Product Description
A900 is a liquid corrosion inhibitor program designed for mild steel and copper Closed Loop Cooling Systems.
It is a multicomponent inhibitor/filtrate control/viscosifier for closed loop Industrial Water Chillers and HVAC systems that provides
ferrous metal corrosion protection, copper alloy corrosion protection and scale inhibition in closed cooling water systems.
Product Feeding and Programme Compatibility
A900 should be dosed neat via a closed feed system.
Product Handling
A900 is an alkaline product, which may cause eye or skin irritation.
Chemical resistant gloves and safety goggles should be worn when handling A900 concentrate.
Product Dosage
A900is dosed at 2000 – 3000 ppm and may be slug dosed or dosed by means of a chemical dosing pump proportional to make-up rate.

Product Incompatibility
A900 is totally incompatible with acids.
Control
Nitrite: 220 – 300 ppm.
Packaging
A900 is available in 25kg Polycans, 220kg Drums and 1000kg Flowbins.
Store for 1 year in a cool and dry place.
